淡馬錫控股集團企業顧問，曾任新加坡安信資訊安全集團（Ensign InfoSecurity）執行副總裁（Former EVP Technology & Capabilities）、新加坡星和電信集團（StarHub Ltd）大數據與資安部副總裁。在此之前，林博士曾在新加坡國防部資訊通訊科技戰略中心(Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies)服務25年。

Brig. Gen. (Res.) Efrati has served in the Israel Defense Forces for more than twenty-eight years. He commanded numerous prestigious operational and technological positions in military intelligence and received the Creative Thinking Award from the Director of Military Intelligence.

Mr. Rami Efrati is an expert in cyber strategy methods and has many years of experience with anti-terrorism and intelligence technology. Mr. Efrati is one of the founding members and former Head of the Civilian Division of the Israel National Cyber Bureau in the Prime Minister's Office. In this capacity he raised Israel to a leading position in the civilian aspects of global cybersecurity and brought multinational companies to open cyber R&D centers in Israel. Mr. Efrati has leveraged the existential cyber threat to Israel into a unique business opportunity encouraging the development of a large cyber ecosystem supporting hundreds of new cyber related startups.

Mr. Efrati is currently involved in international-level strategic projects for cybersecurity and innovation. Until recently, Mr. Efrati was a founder and President of Firmitas Cyber Solutions - focusing on providing a unique technological approach for the security of mission-critical infrastructure and industrial internet of things.

Mr. Efrati has over 20 years of civilian experience and has been involved in entrepreneurial activities with both start-up and established companies in the cybersecurity, high tech, and bio-technology sectors. Mr. Efrati is an Associate in the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzelia (IDC), a place he shares his unique experience in the cyber terror world. Mr. Efrati is also a guest expert and lecturer in the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and a Senior Cyber Fellow in Yuval Ne'eman Workshop for Science, Technology, and Security in Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Efrati is an advisory board member at Securonix – an industry-leading platform for security analytics that provides advanced monitoring and threat detection capabilities. Mr. Efrati is serving the community as Past District Governor of Lions Clubs in Israel.

Boaz Gorodissky is Co-Founder and CTO of XM CYBER, and a 30-year veteran of the Israeli Intelligence Community, most recently serving as Head of the Technology. In this role, he re-organized and headed technology divisions, overseeing thousands of engineers and a large-scale budget.

Mr. Gorodissky began his career as a software engineer and then founded the first offensive cyber department. Mr. Gorodissky holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science and an M.Sc. in computer science from the university of Tel-Aviv.

吳明蔚(Benson)為奧義智慧科技公司（CyCarrier）CEO及創辦人，曾任台灣威瑞特Verint Taiwan總經理，2011年與邱銘彰創辦艾斯酷博科技，推出台灣自主研發的APT惡意程式鑑識技術，並於2014年獲以色列商美國上市公司Verint併購。 曾經在2011年DEFCON發表APT惡意程式分類分群成果，2013年在美國黑帽大會的APT戰術/技巧/步驟(TTP)發表，也曾多次在台灣駭客年會、新加坡Govware、日本AVTokyo、Syscan…等資安大會擔任講師。

近年帶領奧義智慧的AI偵測引擎囊括全球多個獎項肯定，不僅在美國官方 MITRE ATT&CK ® 權威評測中獲最高偵測率與最低雜訊等佳績，在日本最大資通訊展 Interop Tokyo中亦拿下最佳資安產品大賞。

過去曾服務於行政院國家資通安全會報、行政院科技顧問組、中研院資創中心、交大工研院網路測試中心，並持有CSSLP、ECSP… 等安全程式開發證照。Benson畢業於台灣大學電機博士、交通大學資科碩士、東吳大學資科學士。

係美國南美以美大學法學博士 (S.J.D.)，東吳大學法學院教授，專長在英美契約法、英美侵權行為法、國際商事行為、網路傳播及電子商務法律。
